Placing orders constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated below.

References to Dana Kids herein after refer to Dana Kids, DanaKids, www.danakids.com, danakids.com, it's affiliates and subsidiaries.

Sales Terms
Dana Kids requires the following information to process orders:
1. Customers are required to create their own online account and be logged in to perform shopping cart checkout. Account creation is free and provides added convenience when checking out in the future and other benefits to the customer. Online account creation does not require entering any credit card information nor is any customer credit card information ever stored by Dana Kids.
2. Verification and validation that the customer's payment type is in good standing.
Shipments cannot be released until the above qualifiers are attained.
Payment Terms
Dana Kids has the following payment terms available:
1. Major credit cards are accepted, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal accepted through the safe and secure PayPal® payment process.
2. Money Orders, personal, and company checks are accepted. Orders are shipped only after payment is cleared from bank. A $25.00 returned check charge will be assessed for any check returned for any reason.
3. C.O.D. orders are NOT accepted.
Shipping & Delivery
Dana Kids makes every attempt to ship orders as soon as possible. Since most of our prodeucts are in stock, Dana Kids will ship most orders within 24 hours after payment is cleared, except special orders (see Special Orders).
Domestic estimated delivery time by USPS:
Delivery time is estimated by USPS. Dana Kids does not guarantee delivery times.
1. First Class International: (3-4 business days) with tracking number.
2. Priority: (2-3 business days) with tracking number.
3. Express Mail International: (1-2 business days) with tracking number.
International estimated delivery time:
Delivery time is estimated by USPS. Dana Kids does not guarantee delivery times.
1. Regular First Class International: 10-15 business days, but varies depending on country. There is no tracking number and no insurance.
2. Priority International: (7-10 business days) with tracking number.
3. Express Mail International: (3-5 business days) with tracking number.
Product shipped to North America (US and Canada) are shipped: F.O.B Origin only. International shipments are: Incoterms 2000 EXW (EX Works) only.
Special Orders
Dana Kids will perform special orders for some products which is noted as SPECIAL ORDER. It takes 5-7 business days to ship special orders and shipping time frame is also noted in the “additional information” section of an item.
Out of Stock
Most of our products are in stock. We try our best to maintain the inventory. In some reason A product is out of stock, Dana Kids will inform you within 12 hours. In which case, Dana Kids will credit the customer's account for full amount of the ordered item that is out of stock.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Dana Kids purchase within the first 14 business days after receiving it, you may return it.
1. Returned merchandise will only be accepted in its original conditions. Products are unwashed, unworn, unused.
2. All tags are still attached. Dana Kids does not accept merchandise with missing tags or boxes.
3. For international orders, all applicable duties or taxes are to be paid buy the customers.
4. Customers will be responsible for ALL shipping costs. We will not refund any shipping cost although it is not fit for your baby / kids (including free shipping items, more information, please read number 5 and 6 below).
5. Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, Dana Kids will credit the customer's account for the amount paid on for returned items. Actual shipping cost will be deducted, including free shipping items.
6. Our listing prices are covered shipping cost (in USA), therefore, we only refund the amount paid on for returned items AFTER WE DEDUCT ACTUAL SHIPPING COST.
7. For example: For free shipping item, if actual shipping cost is $2.00, we will deduct $2.00.
8. We will refund shipping cost if the error was caused by Dana Kids.
9. Customer should contact Dana Kids before returning items by sending an email message to: info@danakids.com.
 Attention: All baby accessories must be used under adult’s supervision.
 ALL OUR PRODUCTS COME FROM A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT.
Sales Tax
Dana Kids will charge 8.00% sale tax for items shipped in the state of California.
Information / Privacy
Dana Kids believes in protecting customers' private information. Dana Kids will not give away, sell, rent or lease customers' personal information to any third party. Providing Dana Kids with contact information (phone, email, fax number and mailing address) authorizes Dana Kids to contact the customer through mailings or email when customer signs-up for newsletter.
Trademarks
The Dana Kids logo and name are copyright and/or registered trademarks of Dana Kids: Dana Kids trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not authorized by Dana Kids, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Dana Kids, its affiliates and its subsidiaries. All other trademarks and trade names that appear on Dana Kids publications or the Dana Kids Web site, www.danakids.com, are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced, copied or manipulated in any manner without the expressed, written approval of the trademark owner. All content included on or comprising all Dana Kids publications or the Dana Kids Web site including information, data, photographs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds and other material is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights, and these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or developed in the future. All content is copyrighted as a collective work under the U.S. and international copyright laws, and Dana Kids owns, to the fullest extent allowed by such laws, the copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of all content.
